General
What is Tracknana?
Tracknana brings your ad spend from Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads together with the sales from your payment platforms in one dashboard. By matching the two through UTMs, it shows the revenue, profit and real ROAS of every campaign.
Who is Tracknana for?
Anyone who sells online and invests in paid traffic: digital product creators, e-commerce stores, media buyers and agencies managing several clients.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Tracknana runs in the browser, on desktop or mobile. Ad accounts connect through each platform’s official sign-in and sales arrive by webhook. The tracking script is optional.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The dashboard is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. You choose whether to see amounts in Brazilian reais (R$) or US dollars (US$), and sales in other currencies are converted automatically.
Integrations
Which ad platforms can I connect?
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads. Each one connects through the platform’s official sign-in (OAuth): you never share your password with Tracknana.
Which payment platforms are supported?
Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, Stripe, PerfectPay, Yampi, Monetizze, Braip, Ticto, Cakto, Lastlink, Shopify, Wiapy and Kirvano. Any other platform can use the generic webhook integration.
How do sales reach Tracknana?
By webhook. You create a webhook in the dashboard, copy the URL it gives you and paste it into your payment platform’s settings. From then on, every sale, refund or chargeback arrives automatically.
Does it work with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity?
Yes, on paid plans. Google Analytics (GA4) uses the same connection as Google Ads, and Clarity is connected separately under Connections.
Tracking and data
How does Tracknana know which campaign generated each sale?
Through UTMs. You add UTM parameters to your ad links (the dashboard has a UTM builder and a script that carries them through to checkout), and when the sale arrives it is linked to the campaign it came from.
What if a sale arrives without UTMs?
It still counts toward your revenue, but it isn’t attributed to any campaign. The dashboard warns you when there are sales with no identified UTM, so you can fix your links and keep attribution intact.
What is the tracking pixel?
A script you add to your pages to record visits, checkout clicks and form leads (name, email and phone) and send those conversions to the ad platforms. Available on paid plans. It sets a cookie on your pages that identifies the browser for 90 days, which you must disclose in your cookie policy. In campaign parameters, such as UTMs, it automatically rejects values that look like personal data.
Is the data real-time?
The ad dashboards query the platforms live on every visit, and sales show up as soon as your payment platform sends the webhook, usually within seconds.
Can I get alerts about my campaigns?
Yes. Connect Telegram, choose the campaigns to watch and set CPC, ROAS and CTR limits. When a campaign crosses a limit, you get an alert.
Does Tracknana change my campaigns?
Only when you ask. From the dashboard you can pause, activate and adjust campaign budgets, and create automated rules in your Meta ad account, which Meta itself runs. Nothing changes without an action or rule you set up.
Plans and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you connect one ad platform and start tracking your sales, with no credit card required. You can upgrade whenever you like.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are monthly and can be paid by card, boleto or Pix, through Stripe. Tracknana does not store your card number. By card or boleto, the subscription renews every month until you cancel. With Pix, each payment covers 30 days and does not renew on its own: we remind you before it ends. With boleto and Pix, your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed. An invoice (NFS-e) is issued for every confirmed payment, including for customers outside Brazil.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no fee. With card or boleto, cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. With Pix there is nothing to cancel: the plan does not renew on its own and lasts until the end of the 30 days paid.
Can I get a refund?
For customers in Brazil, yes. Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription to each plan and get a full refund, just by letting us know at [email protected]. The right does not apply to renewals, including new Pix payments. For boleto, the refund is made by bank transfer or Pix to an account held by the payer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. From the Billing page in the dashboard you can switch plans, update your card or cancel your subscription.
Security and privacy
Is my data safe?
Access to your ad accounts is stored encrypted (AES-256), passwords are hashed with bcrypt and all traffic uses HTTPS. You can also turn on two-factor authentication for your account.
Where is my data stored?
Our servers and database are in Vinhedo, São Paulo, Brazil. Some service providers process data outside the country, under the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
Is Tracknana LGPD-compliant?
Yes. Tracknana is a Brazilian company and operates under the LGPD, Brazil’s data protection law. You can delete your account at any time from the settings, and exercise your other rights, such as access to your data, through our contact email.
